Introduction

What is Geosignia?

Geosignia is a web app for adding GPS location watermarks to photos. It extracts EXIF coordinates in your browser, reverse geocodes them into readable addresses, and batch-exports stamped images.

Core Workflow

  1. Upload JPEG/PNG/HEIC photos.
  2. Extract EXIF GPS metadata.
  3. Resolve location text with reverse geocoding providers.
  4. Adjust watermark style and placement.
  5. Export single images or batch ZIP.

Usage Model

Geosignia provides Free, Pro, and Max plans with monthly photo limits. Usage is counted by processed photos (including cache hits), and overage packs can be purchased when limits are exhausted.

  • Free: 20 photos/month, batch up to 10, 1 template, standard export, no API key access.
  • Pro: 500 photos/month, batch up to 25, 3 templates, full export, priority processing, no API key access.
  • Max: 3000 photos/month, batch up to 50, 10 templates, full export, priority processing, Max-only API keys (300 req/min + usage reporting).

Privacy

Photo pixels are processed in-browser for watermark rendering/export. Only coordinates and request metadata are sent to geocoding providers.
